Georgia mortgage foreclosure

For a Georgia power-of-sale foreclosure, the sale is held on the first Tuesday of the month at the courthouse for the applicable county. Notice must be published once each week for four weeks, and the lender must send notice at least 30 days before the sale. A completed, valid power-of-sale foreclosure has no post-sale redemption period.
