Find the right help

Start with the question you need answered

The Assessor handles property assessment; the Treasurer handles tax bills; courts handle case records; and City offices handle municipal matters. Hailey's plan notes that parts of its Area of Impact remain in County jurisdiction, so an area label alone does not settle a property's City jurisdiction.

We can buy a Hailey or Blaine County house as-is. Tell us about the property by phone or in the form above, and compare the sale options that fit your situation.

Helpful Idaho rule

No state real estate transfer tax; property taxes are separate

Idaho has no state real estate transfer tax. Recording a deed still carries a county recording fee. Idaho property-tax bills are mailed in November; payment is due December 20, or half by December 20 and the rest by June 20 of the next year. Contact the Blaine County Treasurer about the parcel's tax bill, and have the title company handling a sale confirm the deed's recording fee.

When you sell to us, we pay the closing costs. Your mortgage, liens, back taxes and share of current property taxes are separate.
