Ohio seller rule
Ohio law sets a state conveyance fee of $1 per $1,000 of the sale price, and allows a county to add up to $3 per $1,000 (Ohio Rev. Code §§319.54, 322.02). The seller pays this fee by law. Ask the Fairfield County Auditor about the county amount. That is the Ohio conveyance fee. When you sell to us, we pay it.
